Hello everyone,

Inspired by a friend, I’m going to host a meditation session this Saturday afternoon at my home (all levels are welcome).

I’ve been practicing Vipassana meditation in the past 3 years OFF and ON. Recently, I’m practicing daily and have been benefiting from it.

Following a guided meditation audio, we will meditate for half an hour or one hour depending on the attendants.

Then we can share our experiences & thoughts on meditation.
