Join us for a relaxed and energising morning with the Morning Crew!

We’ll meet at 9:30 AM and kick things off with a walk, run, or whatever pace feels right for you. This is all about moving your body in a way you enjoy, no pressure, no expectations.

After that, we’ll head to a nearby spot for some casual calisthenics. Think simple bodyweight exercises, stretching, and just staying active together.

I’m not a coach, and this isn’t a structured class. It’s a community-led session where everyone is responsible for themselves, goes at their own pace, and supports each other.

If we’ve still got energy (and time), we might stick around for a few games of ping pong or just hang out and chat.
