Fran has been an active and well-loved member of the Chiang Mai expat community since May 2024.
She is the creator and host of the YouTube channel Fran’s Fresh Start in Chiang Mai, where she authentically portrays life in Chiang Mai for retirees and digital nomads — from daily lifestyle and social life to meaningful human connections.
Originally from Seoul, Korea, Fran has lived a multicultural life since the age of 7, shaping her open-minded, inclusive, and deeply curious approach to people and communities around the world.
