Lightning: Under the Hood

It's high-season again (in full throttle already by this point!) and it is high time to resume our Advanced Crypto Mondays after a far too long hiatus! Next week will be the first of a whole line-up of talks from here into early next year. To get things started, please join us next Monday night for everyone's favorite topic: The Lightning Network!

Scaling Bitcoin isn't an easy fix. Lightning could bring a solution to the table without endangering the decentralization of the network.

Questions such as why do we need a second layer, how does it work and what are the challenges, will be answered. After the presentation, there will be time to download a Lightning wallet and perform some Lightning transactions.
