Choosing your first job is one of the most important — and most underestimated — decisions of your life.

Most of us are taught to optimise for:

• salary
• job title
• company prestige

But early career decisions quietly shape your skills, energy, confidence, and long-term direction. Get this wrong, and burnout or misalignment often follows — even if everything looks “right” on paper.
This session is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and make clearer career decisions — before you lock yourself into a path that doesn’t fit.

This is not a motivational talk.
This is a thoughtful, interactive workshop.

• a high school student transitioning into university and unsure what to study
