Welcome, everyone who loves outdoor workouts!
Join us if you enjoy training under the open sky and want to be part of a fitness & healthy community in Bangkok.
Your physical condition level doesn’t matter — the only thing you need is the desire to grow.
We meet every week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at Lumphini Park or Benjakitti Park at 17:30
Each session lasts about 1–1.5 hours, starting with a warm-up and continuing with pull-ups, dips, core and abs exercises, jump rope, resistance bands, and whatever you want.
