In Ecstatic Dance we attune to rhythm, moving freely & without judgment where the music takes us. Each dancer connects with themselves, while respecting the shared space. Everyone feels safe, yet able to try new things & push their edges! We dance in silence and barefoot, as we are...with no drugs or alcohol, phones or cameras! No Expectations, No Judgments…Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another...

PLEASE ARRIVE FOR THE OPENING CIRCLE @ 1pm!
You're welcome to come at 12:30 and either warm up in silence or socialize outside before our opening circle at 1pm. The dance will finish at 3pm (not 2:30 as before).
