With carefully curated music and gentle guidance, we create together a safe space to slow down, settle our awareness into the shared present and witness the changing flow of our experience...The music is diverse, with each piece chosen to take us deeper into what we sense and feel, shifting inwards from what is distracted and superficial, towards what is more essential and truthful within each of us - the source for our self-healing, personal discovery and creative expression!
