1) Purpose
• A friendly spot for AI folks in Chiang Mai to meet, eat, and swap practical ideas.
2) Who’s welcome
• Entrepreneurs, builders, researchers, remote devs, and curious beginners. No tech background required—practical value > theory.
3) How the meetup works
• Weekly in-person hang (food + networking), usually at Smash Daddy’s CNX Burgers or Spacetime.
• Want to suggest a new venue? Post in chat—community votes.
4) Posts allowed
• Weekly meetup details, timing polls, ride/seat coordination.
• Useful AI tips, tools, and wins tied to real use cases.
• Hiring/looking posts OK once per month and must be clear + non-spammy.
5) One-time intro (self-promo allowed here only)
Share:
• Name + what you’re building/learning in AI
• 1 cool insight/tool you’ve used lately
• What you’re looking for (collab, feedback, job, etc.)
• 1 link max (site/LinkedIn/GitHub)
6) Not allowed
• Mass self-promotion, ticket selling, consulting pitches, or event/Group spam
• Web3/crypto/NFT promos
• Repeated off-topic forwards or AI-adjacent clickbait
7) No talks/sponsors
• We don’t host slide talks or paid sponsorships. This is casual, hands-on, and social.
8) Respect & vibe
• Be kind. No harassment, hate, or personal attacks.
• Debate ideas, not people. Keep signal high. No politics allowed.
9) Practicalities
• Free to join; pay your own food/drinks.
• Timezone: Chiang Mai (GMT+7).
• Mods will remove spam or repeat rule-breakers.
