Hey everyone! 👋
This is Clara, I’ll be organizing weekly workout sessions at Decathlon every Wednesday morning starting next week!

#### 🔥 What to Expect

Join us for THE POWER CIRCUIT FULL BODY TRAINING — a fun and energizing full-body circuit workout designed to build strength and endurance.
We’ll move through 8–10 stations, spending 60 seconds working and 20 seconds resting at each.
Expect a mix of bodyweight, dumbbell, and sometimes resistance band exercises.
You can challenge yourself at your own pace while enjoying the shared energy of the group. 💥
Some exercises will include partner options, but most are individual.
After two full rounds, we’ll end with a Finisher Challenge — 3 to 5 exercises for reps.
🥇 First one to finish gets a coffee from the last one! ☕😉

#### 👟 What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Optional: your own resistance band or light dumbbells
  • Positive energy and team spirit!

I’m Clara, a French fitness lover currently living in Chiang Mai until early January.
Fitness has always been my anchor wherever I go. I’ve practiced HIIT, functional training, bodyweight workouts, and Pilates-inspired movement.
I’m currently working toward becoming a certified personal trainer, and I can’t wait to share the motivation and sweat with you all! 💪
