Coming Home to the Body: A Facilitated Somatic Workshop for Grounding, Presence, and Nervous System Support
This is a guided, structured workshop with intentional facilitation. You'll receive somatic practices, nervous system education, and tools to support yourself in real time.
For many of us living abroad or traveling, life can feel expansive… and at times ungrounded. This workshop is an opportunity to create a pause, tune into what's happening in the body, and build awareness of how your system responds to stress, connection, and the present moment.
Across three sessions, we'll gently explore the themes of arriving, feeling, and being. Through somatic, body-based practices such as breathwork, awareness, gentle movement, and reflection, you'll begin to recognize patterns in your nervous system and develop tools you can take into everyday life.
This is a facilitated space rooted in somatic awareness and mindfulness, with guidance, structure, and support throughout. No prior experience is needed. You're welcome exactly as you are.
About This Space: This is the first cycle of the Women's Circle a recurring container in Chiang Mai that runs on a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off rhythm. Over time, different women will step forward to facilitate different cycles with their own offerings. You're welcome to join just this cycle, or stay for what comes next.
