เมื่อ Rhenus Logistics เริ่มปรับปรุงระบบ BI ให้ทันสมัย และย้ายไปใช้ Microsoft Power BI และ Microsoft Fabric ทาง NEOZO ได้สำรวจสถาปัตยกรรมทางเลือก โดยผสาน Power BI เข้ากับ ClickHouse ในฐานะเอนจินข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพสูง แทนการพึ่งพา Microsoft Fabric และ OneLake เพียงอย่างเดียว

🎤 Session Details: Agentic AI Systems: Performance Engineering for Conversational Workloads
Generative AI got the buzz, but agentic AI is changing how we actually work. Instead of waiting for prompts, agents explore data, run iterative queries, and reason step by step. That shift creates real infrastructure challenges, including unpredictable query patterns, sub-second response requirements, mixed read and write workloads, and the need for visibility and trust in AI-driven results.

In this session, we will share practical lessons from running agentic workloads and what they mean for modern data platforms. We will also give updates on our AI roadmap, including how recent acquisitions like LibreChat and Langfuse strengthen agent interfaces, observability, and evaluation, and how we are building toward AI systems that do not just answer questions, but actively help you find better ones.

Siddhant Agarwal leads Developer Communities for APAC at ClickHouse. Prior to ClickHouse, Sid was with Neo4j and Google. He is passionate about tech communities and has built India’s first fintech developer community at Open Financial Technologies and worked with Google Developer Relations programmes including GDSC, TFUG, GDG, and GDE. He has nearly a decade of experience building developer and startup communities globally and is among ACM’s Distinguished Speakers (one of 200+ worldwide, 20+ in India).

🎤 Session Details: How NEOZO Integrates ClickHouse with Microsoft Power BI: Challenges and Opportunities
When Rhenus Logistics started modernizing their BI landscape and migrating to Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, NEOZO explored an alternative architecture: combining Power BI with ClickHouse as the high-performance data engine instead of relying solely on Microsoft Fabric and OneLake.

This approach unlocked new opportunities in performance and scalability, but also introduced several technical challenges around integration, data modeling, and query performance.

In this talk, we’ll share NEOZO’s journey of integrating ClickHouse with Power BI, including architectural decisions, challenges, and the lessons we learned along the way. The session will provide practical insights for teams building modern, high-performance data platforms beyond traditional BI architectures.
