🌌 International Astronomy Day: Visit Science Centre at Bangkok Planetarium

This International Astronomy Day, The Kind Circle invites everyone to step away from our daily routine and spend a fun afternoon exploring science and our place in the universe together 🌏🛰️

What Is It About?
Astronomy Day is celebrated around the world with a clear purpose: to bring people closer to the universe and spark a sense of wonder about the stars, planets, and the vast space beyond our world.

The Science Centre for Education’s Planetarium was opened in 1964 and is the oldest in Southeast Asia! The Centre is a hidden gem just steps away from BTS Ekkamai that many people haven't discovered yet. Many of the exhibits are designed to be touched and engaged with, staying true to its mission of inspiring curiosity for all ages. This gathering is an open invitation for anyone who feels curious and wants to explore and learn together.

What to Expect
While Building 1 is currently closed for renovation until next year, the rest of the center remains an engaging space for discovery. You’re welcome to stay with the group or take time to wander through the exhibits at a pace that feels right for you:

A quieter, reflective space focused on our Blue Planet, showcasing marine and freshwater ecosystems.

Discover biodiversity, prehistoric life, and the natural systems that shape our world.

This is a free community event. The Kind Circle does not charge a fee for organizing this gathering. Entrance fees and any personal expenses will be paid individually to the venue.
