🕊️ International Day of Living Together in Peace: Collaborative Drawing Session
Details
This International Day of Living Together in Peace, The Kind Circle invites you to a lighthearted, guided drawing exercise exploring how different perspectives can exist together in harmony.
What Is It About?
In a world full of different experiences, peace often begins with the simple act of trying to understand another person’s point of view. This is not a technical art class, but a collaborative experience where drawing becomes a bridge for connection. All drawing levels are welcomed!
What to Expect
🖍️ Perspective Drawing
We’ll sit in around a shared arrangement of objects. Each person will sketch the scene from their own perspective. At the end, we’ll place the drawings together and observe how every view contributes to a larger whole.
🖊️ Portrait Drawing
Participants will be paired together for a relaxed portrait exercise. As you draw one another, you’re welcome to chat and get to know each other, whether that’s sharing your background, where you’re from, or whatever feels comfortable. It’s a chance to slow down and connect beyond first impressions. At the end, you may choose to gift your portrait to your partner as a small memory of the experience
✍🏻 Drawing Games
To close the session, we'll enjoy a few playful group drawing games designed to spark collaboration, creativity, imagination, surprise, and shared laughters.
