A casual, community-driven meetup for anyone passionate about living longer, performing better, and exploring routines that make a real difference.
We’ll start with 1.5–2 hours of climbing - a fun way to move, recharge, and connect - followed by an optional late lunch for deeper discussion around health, longevity, and biohacking

Meet at the bouldering place, warm up, climb, and connect through movement. Light conversation about health, performance, and lifestyle.
Everyone joins at their own responsibility - please be mindful of your safety while climbing.
Access to the venue requires a day pass purchased directly at Balance Prime Boulder Gym:
