Communication Strategies and Role Play

The first session is "Communication Strategies for Resolving Conflicts" by a professional soft skills trainer, Elena Mercado, with 8+ years of experience in corporate and executive training to clients from Thailand, China, Russia, Bangladesh, and the Maldives.

• Learn how to actively listen and understand different perspectives.
• Master strategies for navigating difficult conversations.
• Explore techniques for resolving conflicts constructively and maintaining positive relationships.

The second session is led by Zolt Szekely, a seasoned business consultant. He will focus on role-playing, a learning technique where participants act out scenarios to practice skills and make mistakes without real-world consequences. By preparing for a situation using role-play, you build up experience and self-confidence with handling the situation in real life.

What to expect?
• How to use role play and debriefing in an organization.
• We will do some role-playing practice scenarios in which two or more people act out specific roles.
