Most advice on self-improvement focuses on mindset, discipline, or habits. But in reality, much of our behavior is shaped by something more immediate: our environment.
From where we live and work, to how our daily routines are structured, small design choices influence what we do, how we feel, and how easy (or difficult) life becomes.
This session explores how behavior is shaped by context — not just intention — and how subtle changes in environment can lead to meaningful improvements in quality of life.
Drawing on insights from behavioral science and design, the talk offers a different way to think about productivity, well-being, and everyday decisions — especially in a city like Bangkok. This will be an informal, discussion-friendly session with practical insights you can apply immediately.

Our speaker is Miss Tuvshinzaya Amarzaya (“Z”), who is a behavioral researcher and policy analyst with a PhD in Human Behavior & Design from Cornell University, whose journey into environmental psychology began during a Watson year across 15 countries, where she saw how powerful—yet often underestimated—the role of environment is in shaping behavior.
