How to Be Heard Without Getting Loud

A practical workshop with simple techniques to help shy but capable people communicate clearly, present ideas with confidence, and lead through clarity.

You’re not someone who talks a lot; but you think, you notice, and you have ideas worth sharing. Still, in meetings or group conversations, you may hesitate, overthink, or hold back… not because you have nothing to say, but because you’re not sure how to say it clearly and confidently in the moment.

This session is for you if you’re:

• Naturally quiet/introverted
• Nervous about being judged when you talk
• Tired of being told “you should speak up more”
• Ready to improve (even if you don’t feel “confident” yet)

What you’ll learn and practice:

• Simple ways to organize your thoughts so you don’t ramble or freeze
• How to express an idea clearly in under 30 seconds
• How to stay composed when you feel nervous or under pressure
• Practical techniques you can use immediately at work and in daily life

Format: practical + interactive. You’ll practice in small groups in a supportive setting (no forced stage performance).
Not a fit if you’re looking for: pitching, selling, or startup/fundraising talk. This is a communication skills workshop.

Bring: one idea you want to express more clearly (work or personal) + a notebook.

About the Facilitator: Led by Nestor Ponce, an FMCG leader with 20+ years of marketing/sales experience in Asia-Pacific, Europe & North America. He is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt; sharing simple, pressure-tested tools for real-world communication.
