We’ll be preparing three amazingly flavourful dishes for this coming March 21st March Meetup lunch.

  1. Kerabu Bee Hoon

Kerabu Bee Hoon is a vibrant and zesty Nyonya (Peranakan) noodle salad dish featuring rice vermicelli tossed with fresh herbs, aromatics, and a spicy, tangy dressing.

  1. Ayam Perchik

Ayam Percik is chicken chunks marinated with a myriad of local spices, then cooked in coconut milk and grilled to perfection.

  1. Sambal Petai Udang

Sambal Petai Udang has a complex and rich flavour. It’s savoury, but also spicy, with faint traces of sweetness and a hint of fresh sourness from the tomato. The pungent sambal rempah and the aroma of the strong Petai lock the flavours.
