Plain Cheong Fun
Simple plain Chee Cheong Fan drizzled with Tim Cheong and Chilli sauce and topped with toasted sesame seeds and shallot oil - a common snack served at Kopi Tiams and Food Courts in Singapore and Malaysia.

Cheong Fun with Fillings
The HK style cheong fun has filing options which include char siew or prawns served with soya sauce.

Zhaliang
A Cantonese dim sum dish consisting of crispy thai patongo wrapped inside silky rice noodles and garnished with a drizzle of Tim Cheong and sesame seeds and scallions.

Curry Cheong Fun
Ipoh/KL/Penang-style Curry Cheong Fun which comes with char siew slices, long beans, tau pok, and bouncy pig skin all drenched in our mild homemade curry sauce.
