# ALEISTER CROWLEY'S LIBER XV: THE GNOSTIC MASS OPEN EVENT

# Wednesday, June 3·7:00 – 8:30pm

Dive into the works of Aleister Crowley and the philosophy of Thelema with the Tahuti Lodge’s Reading Group. We meet every first Wednesday of the month to discuss a pre-selected text in a casual and friendly setting. Our goal is to foster philosophical pursuits and build fraternity among those with a shared interest in these esoteric subjects. The Rites of Eleusis were a series of seven public invocations or rites written by British occultist Aleister Crowley, each centered on one of the seven classical planets of antiquity. They were dramatically performed by Aleister Crowley, Leila Waddell, and Victor Neuburg in October and November, 1910, at Caxton Hall, London. For May's Reading Group, we will tackle the first in the series, The Rite of Jupiter.
Members are welcome to bring light, non-messy food and drinks to share.
