Ladies, let’s all be successful!

Details

Dear budding female entrepreneurs,

Have you ever dreamed of being your own boss?

  1. It doesn’t matter how much money your partner makes, what matters is:
How Much Money do you make?

  2. It doesn’t matter how much money you make, what matters is:
Are You Happy with what you do?

It started when I saw this artisan selling his handcrafted bamboo artwork near Phrom Phong.
‘I wish I am able to make that,’ I said to my friend. ‘then I can give workshops and teach people how to make them …and of course, charge them XXX amount of money.’ (I personally love going to workshops and events to learn new skills).

‘I think you should instead, teach people how to make money, you’re the best entrepreneur I’ve ever known - You’re just so good!’. He complimented. That made my giggle, and blush too.

I’m felt super proud at that moment, because he knew all of my money-making ‘tricks’, and the fact that I also helped both of us setting up a business, allowing us to work remotely here in BKK).

Me?
1.I have started making money since I was a freshman at uni. The money I made back then supported my extensive travels. I visited 15 countries during my summer/winter breaks in those four years.
I focused mainly on English related jobs (private English Tutor, Translator, Hospitality Manager, Supermarket Sales)

2.I’ve never had a traditional 9-5 job. In fact, I only take on jobs that I enjoy. (Grateful too).

3.I wanted to continue my travels after graduating university. So I started working for British Airways as a flight attendant. (Girls, that’s not easy, 6 rounds of interviews, out of 4000+ people, 8 weeks of intensive training)

4.Recently, I’ve achieved my ‘all the time’ dream - being a chef and share my food. During my travels, I was very fortunate to have tried all sorts of food and realized that the best and most tasty food has always been Homemade food - together with good company. Cooking has always been my passion and pride, so I opened a kitchen in my condo. Since my new home is so beautiful, I truly want to share with people (couchsurfing perspective). though I haven’t told my family yet that people pay 800bht for my cooking, I think they will have a laugh. But I think they’ll be proud of me, too.

Ladies, I sincerely invite you to my beautiful home to hear my stories & experiences & ideas, and share yours too!

Let’s inspire each other!

P.S Soft drinks & fruits & cakes are provided.

Love,
Sarah
