You're warmly invited to a sweet and hands-on Kanom Tom Workshop, where we’ll guide you in making one of Thailand’s most charming traditional desserts!

Kanom Tom (ขนมต้ม) is a soft, chewy coconut ball filled with sweetened shredded coconut, often infused with fragrant palm sugar and pandan or butterfly pea for natural color. Once cooked, the balls are rolled in fresh shredded coconut—creating a delightful combination of texture and aroma in every bite.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to:
✅ Prepare and naturally color the dough
✅ Create the fragrant coconut filling
✅ Shape, boil, and roll your Kanom Tom like a pro!
