From Peru to some of the world's most acclaimed kitchens, including Noma, Central, Celler de Can Roca and Quique Dacosta, Chef Cristian brings his distinctive Peruvian perspective to Sudo.

Together, Sean and Cristian will present an exclusive eight-course dining experience, bringing together Peruvian flavours, Latin American ingredients and their own interpretations of the cuisine.
