A practical online session from The Flavor Bag’s Healthy Living with Asha series, in association with Dt. Asha, on understanding sugar, jaggery, millets, natural sweeteners, and real ingredients in everyday Indian cooking.

As part of The Flavor Bag’s “Healthy Living with Asha” series, we’re bringing you a practical online session in association with Dt. Asha, dietician and M.Sc. in Food Science & Nutrition.
Together, we’ll explore sugar, natural sweeteners, millets, and real ingredients in everyday Indian cooking — what to use, when to use, and what to be mindful of.
