Come meet Katrine Hald and Magdalena Dzierzynska - two visionary food technology engineers, dedicated to creating sustainable change in the food system. They develop tasty, healthy, sustainable foods by using fungi fermentation. Meeting at DTU, through their studies and through the DTU Alt Protein Project, they bonded over a shared passion for sustainable alternative proteins. Katrine and Magdalena will give a 25 minute talk on alternative proteins, the DTU alt protein project and their journey building Oh My Celia! Afterwards there will be discussion and questions. We have the venue all evening so you have the option to continue chatting as long as you want. The event is hosted by Effective Altruism Denmark who will be providing a few snacks.

As usual, we will meet at the fourth floor of the Central Library as it has good facilities for book clubs and it is also free to use. No extra cafe money to spend. Idea is to meet and connect over books. Each participant present 1-2 books they would like to recommend or just talk about, and then we'll see where conversation leads us. Again, there is no limitation to genre or type of book you are reading.
