Join us for a long pose workshop with a female model, led by figurative artist John Kelly. The session consists of 45 minutes of drawing or painting, followed by a 15-minute break, and then another 45 minutes with the same pose. John will be present throughout the entire session to offer individual guidance on the principles of drawing and painting from life. If you prefer a more self-directed approach, you are welcome to work independently at any time. The workshop is suitable for both beginners and more experienced artists. It offers a supportive environment to develop your artistic style while exploring different aspects of academic drawing or painting, experimenting with new techniques, or refining compositional ideas. It's designed to guide your exploration of the human form through an anatomical lens while capturing the model's emotional presence. As always, posing for you are professional fine art models affiliated with the Beaux-Arts de Paris and other Parisian life drawing ateliers. Please bring your preferred art materials. All media are allowed, including pastels, ink, watercolor, or paint. **ATELIER ART THÉRAPIE PAR L’ÉCRITURE** L’association Existencielles propose des ateliers thérapeutiques à médiation artistique, notamment des ateliers d’écriture. Ces ateliers s’adressent à toute personne souhaitant être accompagnée dans les difficultés qu’elle rencontre, par des thérapeutes professionnels. Ils sont également ouverts à un public jeune, ainsi qu’aux adolescent·e·s. Au sein d’Existencielles, nous proposons un espace collectif centré sur l’écriture comme outil thérapeutique, permettant d’explorer et de mieux comprendre ce qui, parfois, nous dépasse ou nous semble difficile à exprimer. L’écriture est envisagée comme un processus : un moyen de déposer, puis de transformer des vécus parfois difficiles à penser ou à dire. Elle favorise l’émergence d’une parole singulière, que chacun·e peut choisir de partager avec le groupe, sans aucune obligation. L’atelier se déroule dans un cadre sécurisé et bienveillant. Aucune compétence en écriture n’est requise. L’accent est mis sur la liberté d’écrire et de raconter, dans un cadre structuré garantissant la confidentialité, le respect et l’écoute. Les propositions d’écriture servent de points d’appui ; elles n’imposent ni forme ni contenu. Chacun·e avance à son rythme. We are a real world Martial arts group. \ Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \ Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \ We have been around a while. \ We are donation based.
