A: We prioritize "Connection over Competition." It’s a steady 2-3km jog/walk at a conversational pace. We want you to have enough breath left to practice your Thai!

Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Just your running shoes, a water bottle, and an open mind! We will provide the learning materials and a great vibe.
