Women's Circle: Ancestral Rhythms
Details
Welcome to our upcoming Women’s Circle Gathering. ✨
This space is an invitation to pause, connect, move, reflect, and nourish ourselves in community.
Throughout the day, we will journey through a series of practices designed to support the nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of connection—both within and with each other.
During this gathering, we will share in:
- DANCEmandala – with Maya
- Women’s Circle: Family Constellations Mini workshop & circle – with Verele & Marlena
- Shared Tibetan Lunch
- Relaxing Sound Bath – with Ray & Priyanka
About each session:
11:00 - 12:00 pm DANCEmandala - an Embodied Movement Meditation
We will begin our day with a Dance Mandala practice. This guided journey into the body merges free-form dance with meditation, and offers a contemplative movement practice to ground and center more deeply in our own nature. Rooted in free-form, intuitive dance, this practice invites you to gently arrive in yourself. You will be guided through a carefully held arc of music, rhythm, and awareness to access body wisdom, release stored tension and emotion. The dance is an invitation to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm, explore authentic expression without judgment or choreography, and experience a sense of belonging and inner spaciousness. No prior experience is needed- just come as you are. Move as you feel. Let the dance reveal you to yourself.
12:00 - 13:30pm Women's Circle with Family Constellations Mini Workshop
This month's circle will explore Family Constellations, a way of exploring how your family and ancestral unresolved issues are still affecting your feelings and behaviour today, without you realising it. Family Constellations works by “mapping out” your family (with people or objects standing in for them) to spot the hidden patterns and help you release the very issue that keeps you going round in circles. The Women's Circle is a space for gentle exploration, reflection, and shared experience. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are.
13:30 - 14:30pm Lunch (Included)
We will pause to nourish ourselves with a shared meal of Tibetan momos and a simple drink (tea or soda). This is also a time to connect, integrate the morning practices, and enjoy being in community together in a relaxed and informal way.
15:00 - 16:00pm Relaxing Sound Bath
We will close the day with a deeply relaxing and restorative sound journey using Tibetan singing bowls. The gentle vibrations of the bowls support the body in softening, the mind in quieting, and the nervous system in settling into a state of deep rest. This session offers space for integration—allowing the experiences of the day to settle and harmonise within you, leaving you with a sense of balance, calm, and inner stillness.
