On Saturday 10 October, Kenneth Rimdahl, founder of Monsoon Tea, is hosting OM MIANG JIB CHA (อมเหมี้ยง จิบชา), at Monsoon Tea Wat Ket. Three fermented Miang styles, Miang bites, and Monsoon Tea pairings chosen by Kenneth.
