Bangkok Golden Years Seniors

We are a support group for Seniors (in general people over 60 years of age), primarily composed of Expats but also with Thai members.
Members are in general (semi)-retired and spend most of their time in Thailand. We exchange information about issues that concern us as we get older, such as various aspects of physical and mental health, financial planning, insurance, robotic support systems, home technology, home health care management, and in general what facilities and services are available to support senior independent living and care.
Members are encouraged to help us organise providers to speak with our group, We have monthly Speaker's program, an active Writer's Group, Book Club, Line Dance, Excursions and Luncheon socials. We invite your ideas through our planning meetings to contribute to social or community activities for seniors (such as visiting housebound elders), and to help arrange and participate in excursions, entertaining social meetings.
