Flower season and Phu Sub Lak Hike (Easy)

December and January are another great months to visit Lopburi Province, mainly because of it's the time when the flower blooms. Lopburi has been planting sunflowers, sunhemp, and other types of flowers for agricultural purposes (to add nitrogen back into the soil). Over the years, tourists began to notice the beauty of these flower fields, planning the visit Lopburi at the end of the year has become a popular activity.

Our trip includes visiting three different flower fields and easy hike at Phu Sub Lek Hill, where you can enjoy the mountain backdrop and reservoir views—perfect for beautiful photos and a bit of exercise.

Itinerary
*There are no plans to deviate from the plan unless there is an unforeseen situation

8:00 – Van leaves from the gas station and heads to the sunhemp flower field.

• The drive takes about 3 hours, with one stop at a gas station where you can grab snacks or a cold drink.

11:00 – Arrive at the sunhemp field.

• Pick up your lunch box and enjoy walking around the flower field.

12:00 – Return to the van and continue driving to Lopburi Province.
14:00 – Visit the sunflower field and cosmo flower field.
15:30 – Arrive at the entrance of Phu Sub Lek Peak and start the short hike.

• The distance to the viewpoint is only 200 meters, taking about 15 minutes.

16:30 – Return to the entrance, take a break, refresh, and stretch.
After that, we begin the drive back to Bangkok.
19:00 – Arrive in Bangkok and end the trip.
