Join us for a cozy night of live storytelling and listening, inspired by The Moth, the beloved U.S. nonprofit that champions true, personal stories told aloud. (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxw-YwaBR9lVa1fmreWy94g)

Once a month, around 10-20 of our members meet to play casual storytelling games in a circle/small groups. We encourage everyone to take turns sharing true personal stories and actively listening to each other, with the goal of authentically connecting and building a community centered on shared human experience.

Afterwards, we have an open-mic for any prepared story performances on this month's theme, then socialize until the venue closes :)

​🎯 This Month’s Theme: WATER
Prepare a five-minute story involving H2O! Think rain, the kiddie pool, the ocean, the bathtub, a puddle, thirst, the great amoebae abode, 92% of your blood, snow when it is relaxed, laundry, your fix tank, or tears. Water, water, everywhere. A time you felt all washed up, a time you had to keep yourself afloat, or a time water made the difference!

7:00 – 7:30PM — Doors Open/Grab a Bite
Arrive, grab a seat, and feel free to order some food while you meet some fellow story lovers.
7:30 – 8:30PM — Storytelling Games
Warm up with fun, casual storytelling prompts —no performance pressure!
8:30 – 9:00PM — Prepared Story Performances
Anyone that has their five-minute WATER story prepared can share!
9:00PM onward — Unwind & Reflect
