4 Mind changing thoughts
This teaching will be based on a commentary to Dudjom Lingpa's chod called Ambrosia Ocean by Pema Lungtok Gyatso. This will include meditation on precious human body which is difficult to obtain, the impermanence of life, the suffering of samsara, and the infallibility of karma as cause and effect.

4ข้อธรรมที่น้อมจิตสู่ธรรม จะเป็นการสอนต่อจากสัปดาห์ที่แล้ว นักเรียนใหม่สามารถเข้าได้เพราะจะมีการสอนหัวข้อใหม่ๆด้วย
คำสอนนี้จะถือตามอรรถาธิบายคำสอนโจ้ด ของท่านดุดจม ลิงปะ ที่ชื่อ 'อมฤตสมุทร' เขียนโดยท่านเปม่า ลุงตก เกียโซ หัวข้อคำสอนคือ สมาธิว่าด้วยข้อธรรม 4 ประการคือ ร่างมนุษย์ล้ำค่าอันได้มาโดยยากยิ่ง, ความไม่เที่ยงแท้ของชีวิต, ความทุกข์ของสังสารวัฏ, และกรรมมีผลเป็นที่แน่แท้
