Transforming Your Inner Narrative
Identifying Emotions • Thoughts • Patterns
Free event
This interactive workshop is a deep dive into emotional awareness, root causes, and shifting limiting patterns. Together, we will explore how past experiences shape our present reactions — and how to consciously rewrite the internal story we live by.
Through guided exercises and group participation, you will:
- Identify emotional triggers and recurring patterns
- Explore root causes using Compassionate Inquiry (inspired by Gabor Maté)
- Learn to reframe narratives and stop taking things personally
- Practice clarity-based communication instead of assumptions
- Participate in a powerful affirmation rewriting exercise
This is not a passive lecture — it is a reflective experience.
Please bring a notebook and pen.
You will be writing, reflecting, and actively transforming your internal dialogue.
By the end of the session, you will walk away with:
- Greater emotional clarity
- Awareness of past-to-present projections
- Tools for reframing thought patterns
- A new narrative you consciously choose to embody
