Kicking up our first meetup. Yeah, first time. It will be a kind of who's who. Who's doing what and where in the city. I think.

We will have special guests from Chiang Mai, Taipei, Jakarta, and KL to join us too. We would spare some slots for our guests to talk on a topic of their expertise, but in general, this is a meetup that everybody can have a chat on anything!

Proposed agenda is like this:

09:30 Networking. Intro to people in the room, giving context of related and upcoming law and policy in Thailand/region.

10:00 Jeremy Malcolm (@qirtaiba) – on Trans-Pacific Partnership, FTAs, Access to Knowledge, and Digital Rights

10:30 Jeremy Malcolm – on Internet Governance, important organizations, forums, and mechanisms

11:00 Open Discussion on Internet Governance and Digital Rights

12:00 Lunch

13:00 TH Schee (@scheeinfo) – on OpenStreetMap and Open Public Data movements in Taiwan

13:30 Dody Priambodo (@priambodo) – on Southeast Asia Technology and Transparency Initiative (SEATTI) program and funding opportunities

14:00 onwards BarCamp-style (sessions earlier can be continued), 20 mins for each topic.

16:30 or so, heads up to grab some drinks together :)
