Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where you'll learn how to make Miang Kham (เมี่ยงคำ), one of Thailand's most beloved traditional snacks.

What is Miang Kham?
Miang Kham is a bite-sized Thai wrap filled with a colourful combination of fresh herbs, fruits, vegetables, and aromatic ingredients, all brought together with a rich, sweet-savoury sauce. Every bite offers a perfect balance of sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and refreshing flavours—a true reflection of Thai cuisine.

During this workshop, we'll use fresh ingredients harvested from the garden, together with locally sourced products from nearby communities, supporting sustainable living and local farmers while enjoying the freshest seasonal produce.

👩‍🍳 What You'll Learn

• Learn how to make the signature Miang Kham sauce.
• Create two styles of Miang Kham:
• 🌿 The traditional version wrapped in wild betel leaves (Bai Cha Plu).
• 🪷 A creative version presented with fresh lotus petals.
• Master the techniques for assembling the perfect bite.

🌱 Vegetarian-friendly
A vegetarian version will be available, making this workshop suitable for everyone.
