Hello, fellow readers! If you're like me, there's quite a few classic novels you have to confess you've never read (or want to reread). This group is designed so we can tackle the classics together in an informal setting that doesn't expect you to be a literary expert.

Please note: there is a waiting list for the group so members are not automatically approved. Also, because of the waiting list, members who have been inactive for 3 months or more may be removed from the group to allow others on the waiting list to join.

Classic Novels: Tess of the d’Urbervilles
Johnson County Central Resource Library, 9875 W 87th St, Overland Park, KS, USWe'll discuss Thomas Hardy's Tess of the d’Urbervilles (#98 on our list). Amazon.com says, "This classic novel is a timeless exploration of love, morality, and the struggle for identity in Victorian England."

We are slated to discuss Gulliver's Travels in November but will set aside a few minutes to make our selections for December, January, and February. You can see the full list from which we select our books here.
