Sunrise Saturdays- Get Your Move On - Benjakitti Park

More nature time continues on 24th JANUARY at sunrise. Benjakitti park 6.15am - will be in the park till around 9am, you can go earlier, all good!.

Will be there for a walk, mix jog, talk (and maybe breathwork for those who want - all depends on the group) and keeping up the new year this way …you're welcome to join between any of those times 🙂🌿🌳🌅

This year will continue to be about more nature, doing less but more of what is kinder to the nervous system, presence and true deeper connections ✨

📍Meeting point - on the grass, opposite the first dog park sign as you enter Benjakitti gates and will be walking continuing down the path to the ‘lake’.

I won’t be checking my messages lots as I try to be offline where possible but follow the pin and meet up details.
