Join us for a relaxed sunset run along Pattaya Beach.

• Meet at 5:45 PM in front of Prego Restaurant
• Light jog along the beach promenade (~30–40 min, easy pace, no racing)
• Afterwards, optional cool down & chat at a nearby café/juice spot
