Hey everyone! Welcome to our second gathering. Whether you were there last week or are joining us for the very first time, we are so excited to meet you. This is a totally relaxed, warm space to grab a drink, meet cool people, and chat about things that actually matter.
This week, we are looking at how to live a bit more intentionally. As a social scientist, I love studying how human behavior and daily environments shape our personal energy systems.
Don't worry, there's no rigid agenda or intense lectures. We are all peers here just exchanging what works for us!
What we’ll do:

  • A quick pause: We will start with a very brief, simple moment to just sit, breathe, and land in the space together.
  • The Chat Circle: We will pass the conversation around the table. To get the ideas flowing, think about these three questions before you come:
  1. What is one major "energy leak" you’ve noticed in your daily routine lately?
  2. When Chiang Mai gets super busy or loud, how do you protect your energetic boundaries?
  3. What is your favorite go-to "hack" or tool to snap back into the present moment when you're drained?
  • Food & Socializing: The rest of the time is totally free-flowing. We will eat, drink, laugh, and get to know each other.

A quick note on the venue:

The cafe is letting us use this awesome space for free. To say a huge thank you to the owners, please make sure to buy a drink, snack, or meal at the counter when you get here. Let’s keep our vibe peaceful and respectful so they always welcome us back!
The Details:

  • When: This Wednesday.
  • Time: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (Come hungry if you want to grab dinner or a snack!)
  • Group Size: We are keeping it to 10 people max so everyone can actually talk. If your plans change, please update your RSVP so someone else can take your spot.
  • How to find us: We are meeting at the Tawan Court Restaurant, located right at the front entrance of the hotel property facing the main road.
Landmark Note: The manual map pin is exactly correct. We are directly next door to the popular CHOW CHOW Thai Contemporary Kitchen and right across the street from the Meliá Hotel. Look for the large traditional wooden villa building.
  • Look for the greater long table —or just look for me; I’ll be Peter in the casual black hooded shirt and khaki cargo pants.

Can't wait to see you all on Wednesday night!
