Hi Kathy,

The cost of the meet up website is  $80.00 every 6 months.  Which I just paid.  If we cover expenses any extra would provide refreshments or payment for other workshop fees.

If won't take a lot.  Every little bit helps.

This meet up has been mostly free since 2009.  A dollar or so can make a difference.
