Azure Functions: Run Serverless Workloads on Azure or On-Premises (İstanbul)

Azure Functions is an event-driven, compute-on-demand PAAS Nirvana which you might call FAAS or Backend-As-A-Service. You can run it in Azure, or on-prem. In this meetup, we will cover Azure Functions, API Management, Azure Event Grid and Azure CosmosDB to spin up a full-blown Serverless App Environment.

Bio: Daron is a Microsoft Regional Director and an Azure MVP. He is a regular speaker at international conferences focusing on Microservices, Serverless, and IoT. Daron currently works as a CTO in XOMNI Inc, a cloud company building PAAS offerings for retailers and XOGO where they are building a decision signage platform.
