A most beautiful 9 mile walk in Herfordshire through open fields and the countryside in the River Beane Valley with some great views to be had of Hertfordshire !

Train return to Watton at Stone.

Please arrive by 11am so that we can buy the group train tickets for the 11.24am train that arrives at 12.07pm.

Or you may decide to drive.

Meetup fee £5 payable in cash or by bank transfer in advance.

You should be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour and have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity.

Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes/boots/trainers.

We shall have a drink at the end of the walk.

An amazing walk by a veritable carpet of Bluebells in Kings Wood in Challock !

Please arrive by 9.30am to facilitate the purchase of group train tickets for the train at 10.07am that arrives at Wye at 11.02am after changing at Ashford International.

Train ticket : return to Chilham.

Or you may decide to drive.

The walk shall commence by 11.05am.

We shall walk for around 8-9 miles taking the amazing carpet of bluebells in Kings Wood in Challock before having tea in the beautiful village of Chilham.

We shall take the 5.13pm train back that arrives in London at 6.18pm after changing at Ashford International.

A delightful 8 mile walk by Gatton Park and Reigate Hill in the beautiful Surrey countryside !

There shall be some hills on this stunning North Downs walk.

We shall buy group return train tickets at 10am at for the train at 10.30am that arrives at Merstham at 11.01am.

Train ticket : Return to Reigate

Or you may decide to drive.

Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc, waterproof jacket and walking shoes or trainers.

You should have adequate insurance for this type of activity and be able to walk 2.5 miles per hour.

We shall take the train back to London from Reigate at around 4.30pm.

We shall have coffee or a drink towards the end of the walk.

A most amazing day of walking around 9 to 10 miles by the Thames in this most beautiful part of Buckinghamshire along with a fabulous countryside walk to Hambleden, a very pretty National Trust village that houses a medieval street and distinctive brick and flint cottages and then in the afternoon a lovely countryside walk to wonderful Marlow.

We shall stop for lunch in Hambleden itself.

Things to bring : packed lunch, water, snacks etc and waterproof jacket and walking shoes or trainers.

Train to take : 10.38am from Liverpool Street to Twyford arriving at 11.08am and then train to Henley-on-Thames at 11.15am arriving at 11.27am.

Train back at around 4.45pm.

Train ticket : Henley-on-Thames return

We will need buy a supplementary fare from Marlow to Maidenhead on the return journey.
