Dear Friends,

Join, stretch your body, come out of your mind and deeply relax. Go with the flow. Synchronize your movement with your breath. In this Thursday mornig class we build strenght, stamina, flexibilty. Pranayama breathing techniques and a short guided meditation in Savasana are usually part of each class.

The instructions will be given in English and/or Deutsch. YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH ME TEACHING IS FREE. Indoor drop-In is 18 Euro. With a 10 Strip card 15 Euro per class. Reduced rate 13 Euro Drop-In or 11,50 Euro per class with 10 strip card. We provide mats and props indoors. You can bring your own mat or a Yoga towel if you like.

I'm also a certified Massage therapist with healing hands, specialized and highly skilled in giving Thai Yoga Massage, Traditional and Dynamic as well as Osteopathic (OsteoThai).
