Self-Care Yoga for the Holidays
Ocean Park Rescue Squad, 3769 E Stratford Rd, Virginia Beach, VA, US✨We're moving inside during the colder months and releasing stress, resetting the mind, and restoring balance to the body to help navigate the holiday season! ✨
Excited to be teaching donation-based yoga inside Ocean Park Volunteer Fire and Rescue some Thursdays and Sundays! Not only am I looking forward to practicing with this squad, but they have been gracious enough to invite other local squads and the Vibrant With Vic yoga community to participate as well!
Come join us as we support ourselves through the holidays and remainder of 2025 with some good self-care! 🤗

🧘♂️WHO: Beginners or those with a beginner's mind. No flexibility or experience required. Perfect for every body!
💸COST: Love exchange of $10-$20
(cash on site or Venmo @vibrantwithvic...pay less or more, as you are able)
🎒BRING:
☞Yoga mat or other type of mat to practice on
☞A water bottle to stay hydrated (a bigger one can be used as a prop, too)
☞Layers of clothing (as your temperature might change during your practice)
☞Anything else to support your practice
