A simple outside cook meetup to make and take home ready made elderflower syrup.
In the tiny park near Blaschkoallee grow some wild elderflower bushes and we make syrup directly from the blossom.

Holunderblütensirup selber kochen ist ganz einfach - ich zeige euch die Blüten und wie man daraus haltbaren Sirup herstellt :)
Im Park an der Blaschkoallee wachsen einige wilde Holunderblütensträucher und wir machen Sirup direkt aus der Blüte.
