Welcome to our Monday regular Hatha yoga class!
- Level: 0-1 (modifications for different levels are offered)
- Language: English
- Highlight: guided breath and relaxation practice
You will get a grounding and gentle practice that supports spine health, opens the pelvic area and chest, and brings you back to your center.
Usually, Hatha classes for beginners blend seated and standing postures (asanas), breathwork, and concentration techniques to improve your flexibility, focus, and energy levels.
In today’s crazy world, in times with so much stress and mental discomfort for all, yoga is a necessity.
This session will help you to release anxiety, reset your nervous system, and experience deep relaxation.
Most importantly, yoga helps us all to become less compulsive and develop heartfelt approach to the world and people around us.
For this, you’ll be guided to develop body awareness, explore your physical potential and find your own way to compulsion and anxiety control.
Just let yourself be present, and come as you are.
