Helperbit is an italian startup that offers transparency and auditing services mainly related to humanitarian aid and insurance. Our first target is to improve the conditions of those affected by emergencies using blockchain technology to obtain highly effective results in a short time and with maximum transparency. We designed a P2P donation platform that empowers users to have full control over their donations and gives public audit of organizations activities. The platform offers a P2P pool of funds as a premium service, covering collateral damages and allowing microinsurance thanks to a fast, fair and transparent approach.

Guido Baroncini Turricchia

Environmental Engineer, expert in GIS and Remote Sensing, Blockchain entusiast. Since 2006 working around Europe in both University and private sector. In the last 3 years he focused his interest on Blockchain technology promoting the use of cryptocurrency around Italy and organizing the first conference on Bitcoin in Montecitorio. He co-founded Bitcoin Foundation Italia and Assob.it; he is partner in Coin Capital. At the moment CEO at Helperbit, contributing to the decentralized transparency revolution. He spend his (little) spare time caving around the world.

Davide Menegaldo

Energy engineer. Co-founder and project manager at Open BitLab. Co-founder and former vice-president of the College Cryptocurrency Network Italia. He worked as a Thermal and Power designer for the student team D.I.A.N.A. at Turin Polytechnic. He is interested in renewable energy and Blockchain / Bitcoin technology.
