Dünya üzerinde yaklaşık 22.5 milyon insan mülteci durumunda, başlıca nedenler ise savaş, iklim değişikliği, açlık, kuraklık. Bu insanlar için girişimcilik ve giderek yaygınlaşan Maker Hareketi ve FabLablar neler sağlayabilir?

InnoCampus Girişim Hızlandırıcı Programı, Mart 2015’ten itibaren gerçekleştirdiği programlara 2017 yılında Uluslararası Göç Örgütü (IOM)’nün katkısıyla mülteci girişimciliğini de eklemiştir. Mültecilerin de dahil olduğu girişimci takımlara girişimcilik ve dijital üretim teknoloji eğitimleri vererek iş fikirlerini hayata geçirmelerine yardımcı olmuş ve program sonunda başarılı olan takımlara hibe desteği sağlamıştır.

InnoCampus bu yaz Urla’da, İzmir Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü’nde olacak ve programdan önce detayları paylaşmak, girişimcilik, Maker Hareketi ve FabLabların mültecilerin yaşamına etkilerini konuşmak için 20 Temmuz Perşembe günü 19:30-21:30 saatleri arasında Atölye İstanbul’da toplanıyoruz.

InnoCampus Urla Programı, 28 - 30 Temmuz tarihleri arasında Startup Haftasonu ile başlayıp YapLab Haftası, Üreten Festival, 14 - 26 Ağustos tarihleri arasındaki Girişim Hızlandırıcı Programı ve Lise Girişimcilik ve Yaratıcılık Kampı ile devam edecek.

Program hakkında detaylı bilgi almak için tüm girişimci ve maker'ları tanışma toplantısına bekleriz.

Around the world, there are about 22.5 million refugees who are displaced because of war, climate change, poverty, drought. What can entrepreneurship, the growing Maker Movement and FabLabs provide for these people?

InnoCampus has been organizing startup accelerator programs since March 2015. As of 2017, refugee entrepreneurship is also part of the InnoCampus program with the contribution of International Organization for Migration (IOM). InnoCampus provides entrepreneurship and digital manufacturing technology trainings to its startup teams including refugees. At the end of the program, successful teams were also able to win grants to use as seed money.

InnoCampus will be in Urla, at Izmir Institute of Technology this summer. We are meeting to share the details of the program and talk about entrepreneurship, the Maker Movement, FabLabs and their impact on refugees’ lives on July 20th, Thursday at19.30-21.30 in Atölye İstanbul.

InnoCampus Urla program will start with the Startup Weekend 28 - 30 July and continue with the FabLab Week, Makerfest, the Startup Accelerator Program on 14 - 26 August, and finally will end with the High School Entrepreneurship and Creativity Camp.
